David Wijeratne

David Wijeratne is a PwC partner leading the firm’s Growth Markets practice, a global team focused on supporting companies and government agencies expand to and from growth markets. The team is comprised of subject matter experts from specific sectors as well as those with Strategy, Operations and Deals expertise.

David has over 19 years of global experience in Management Consulting, Sales and Marketing, having previously worked with leading firms such as ICI and Accenture, before joining PwC. His international experience includes several years living in Japan, Europe, Middle East, India and most recently Singapore where he supported companies from a variety of sectors, including Industrial Products, Retail & Consumer, Telecoms and Electronics. During this time he has supported multi-nationals and mid-sized companies from both developed and growth markets overcome strategic and operational growth issues, including market entry strategies and assessments, partner identification, operating model design, channel management, corporate finance and customer experience. Over the last 3 years, David has spent considerable time advising companies as to how they can profitably participate in China’s Belt and Road Initiative and grow successfully across ASEAN.

How to Crack Case Interviews (PwC)

The goal of this workshop is to educate students on what professional services and consulting companies look for in new graduate hires. The workshop will be highly interactive including mock interviews and case studies to provide a ‘real-life’ experience of what to expect in interviews.

Jenny Rae

Jenny Rae graduated with an honours economics degree from the University of Virginia and obtained her MBA from Colombia Business School. She joined Bain after travelling around the world, writing a book, working on financial public policy in South Africa and sailing across the Atlantic Ocean. Since leaving Bain to co-found a tech company, she has advised over 45 different early and mid-phase companies around the world.
