Louis Ng

Louis is a Senior Manager, Early Careers, Talent Acquisition, APAC at Fidelity International. He is a human resource professional with substantial experience in all-round HR services, diversity and inclusion programs, including employee relations, training and development, talent management, performance management, campus and lateral recruitment. His career in Human Resources spans across more than a decade, with various stints in major financial institutions such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Deutsche Bank, Barclays and Bank of America.

He is also well-versed in project management of a wide range of corporate events and training, particularly in entertainment, sports and recreation activities, conferences.

Geoff Barwise

Geoff Barwise is an experienced leadership trainer and Executive Coach who has over 30 years of industry experience gained in the Asia Pacific region. He specializes in developing leadership talent in the Asia region, where he has been based for more than 20 years. He has lived and worked in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Guangzhou. His career includes senior leadership roles in the steel, building products, chemical, telecom and textile industries. He and his associates have also conducted Assessment Development Centre’s in the region for several global organizations.

Geoff established his consulting practice, PeopleWise, in 2001 and spends most of his time in Asia and in Singapore. He has worked with a wide number of well-known organizations facilitating their global and regional leadership development programs. He has coached senior executives from middle management to the most senior levels across most Asia Pacific countries.

Andrew Chia
Andrew is an experienced learning and development professional and is responsible for a portfolio of BP’s global leadership offers. He has worked across diverse industries building different skillsets from project management to change management and to learning and development. His current role as the Global Capability Manager with the BP Leadership Academy enables him to build great leaders and high-performance teams to achieve strong business outcomes for BP. Andrew is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and is also an Insights Discovery practitioner, a personality profiling tool to help leaders become more self-aware and adapt their behaviours to lead teams more effectively

Yeo Sze Yee
Sze Yee is the Head of Learning & Development, Supply & Trading from the BP Midstream Academy. She was previously the Head of Commercial Development before transiting to L&D, bringing with her a wealth of experience and thorough understanding of the supply & trading business. Sze has been managing assessment centres and oversees the learning & development of the graduate and intern development programmes across the region.
