BP Talent Acquisition - Early Careers team
This interactive workshop aims to provide you with more insights on how to approach assessment centre, through relevant topics such as personal branding to help inspire greater confidence in you. Facilitated by the BP Talent Acquisition Early Careers team and experienced trainers from the BP learning academies, there will be panel discussions along with individual and group work exercise.
Kumar brings with him 30 years of experience in HR, predominantly as an HR business partner across Oil & Gas, Financial Services, B2B & FMCG with deep experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development and reward management. Currently the Head of Capability Development, Asia & Pacific with the BP Leadership Academy, he delivers the vision of building great leaders at every level in the organisation. Kumar has a deep interest in the talent landscape of Asian markets and their cultural nuances. A values and ideas-driven leader, he firmly believes in developing internal talent.
Andrew is an experienced learning and development professional and is responsible for a portfolio of BP’s global leadership offers. He has worked across diverse industries building different skillsets from project management to change management and to learning and development. His current role as the Global Capability Manager with the BP Leadership Academy enables him to build great leaders and high-performance teams to achieve strong business outcomes for BP. Andrew is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and is also an Insights Discovery practitioner, a personality profiling tool to help leaders become more self-aware and adapt their behaviours to lead teams more effectively
Yeo Sze Yee
Sze Yee is the Head of Learning & Development, Supply & Trading from the BP Midstream Academy. She was previously the Head of Commercial Development before transiting to L&D, bringing with her a wealth of experience and thorough understanding of the supply & trading business. Sze has been managing assessment centres and oversees the learning & development of the graduate and intern development programmes across the region.
