Lee Insoo
Artistic Director
EDx2 Dance Company

Lee Insoo is from Daegu where he studied dance at Gyeongbuk Arts High School and later moved on to earn his BA and MA at the Korea National University of Arts (KNUA). While studying at KNUA he was accepted into the Emio Greco & PC Dance Company and at present he is actively working as a member of the LDP Dance Company and heads the ED×2 Dance Company.

Lee Insoo started dancing hip-hop from street dances, which now influences his talent as a choreographer. His works strive to separate and fuse varied movements and he introduces drama techniques based on story-telling into his dance, and continues to seek diverse ways to connect with the public. He tries to present various solutions to dance—dance that not only shows choreographic perfection, but also communicates with the public.
