Order of Proceedings

The Hall will open one hour before the start time of the ceremony for graduates and guests admission (guest seating is on first-come-first-serve basis). All graduates and guests are to be seated at least 20 minutes before the start time.

The ceremony will start on time. Graduates and guests who are late will not be allowed to enter the Hall once the ceremony commences.

The ceremonies are similar each year and you may view ceremonies of the previous years here

The Chancellor will preside at the Main Ceremony (i.e. the first ceremony scheduled). Each ceremony thereafter will be presided by one of the following:

  • Pro-Chancellor
  • NUS President
  • NUS Board of Trustees
  • Dean of Faculty
