NUS DP Business Workshop Series
Today's start-ups are tomorrow's emerging SMEs. The SMEs and start-ups face unique business challenges as they grow into promising local enterprises. Amongst the business challenges are defining right business models, building winning management teams, managing cash-flows and financials, understanding the competitive landscape, designing business roadmaps, finding the right market, executing effective sales & marketing strategies, continued innovation in product development, making the right choices on channels and alliances, and last but not least, the engagement of an effective management board.
The NUS DP Biz Workshop Series is part of the Start-Up@Singapore Enterprise Launcher Business Seminar and Workshop Series aimed at helping start-ups and emerging SMEs to identify business issues in relation to their respective businesses, their business systems, day-to-day operations, financial management, sales & marketing, and also specific potential that exists in each of these areas. The format will be largely interactive in nature and there will be follow-up one-on-one consultancies and business clinics for interested companies.
