How It Works
To ensure confidentiality and impartiality, Ascendas and NUS will administer and manage the Program;
Based on the list of applicants, the mentees will be matched with mentors with similar business interests and in related or complementary industries.
Matching would be carried out with due consideration of meeting the needs and preferences of both mentors and mentees;
After the matching process, Ascendas-NUS will arrange for both parties to meet to define the goals, action plans and milestones at the beginning of the Program;
There is no stipulated duration for the mentorship program, but an average mentorship term of six months is recommended, and can be extended further upon mutual agreement between the mentor and the mentee.
