The Program enables mentee companies to gain invaluable business tips by understanding the personal challenges faced by their mentors. With appropriate coaching, the companies would be able to refine their business skills and acumen. In addition, the pairing of mentors and mentees with compatible interests in related industries may help facilitate collaboration between the two parties.
Also, by tapping on the wealth of experience and knowledge of seasoned entrepreneurs, the Program can inspire aspiring technopreneurs to follow the example of their mentors and face up to business challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
Mentee companies would also be given preferential status in terms of accessing iAxil's accelerator program, quick start-up space and Ascendas' business network program.
Who can qualify as Mentees?
- Inventors, innovators and intellectual property owners who have come up with their own technology-based inventions who are interested to start a venture.
- Aspiring entrepreneurs who have decided to quit their jobs to start their own ventures.
- Participating teams from the various global and local business plan competitions.

- Have a scalable business model with good potential for growth and investment.

- Responsive and open to advice from mentors
