Startups Growth Programs

 Programmes

How It Works

The Start-Up@Singapore Committee will administer and manage the Programme.

Based on the list of applicants, mentees will be paired up with mentors from similar / complementary industries and business expertise. This would be done with careful consideration, so that both mentees and mentors will be able to derive the best synergy and learning advantage from the relationship.

Both parties will first come together to define clear goals for themselves at the beginning of the Programme;

Communication between mentor and teams will be done at their own convenience and preference. They can meet in person, exchange emails or communicate via phone.

An average mentorship term would last six months and can be extended further upon mutual agreement.

Questionnaires will be designed at the end of 6-mth to evaluate the effectiveness of each mentorship team.

Mentors are also allowed to mentor more than one team.
