Abstract:
The better the experience of those investing in early stage, private companies the greater will be the pool of capital available to entrepreneurs and thus benefiting the society. Capital providers generally prefer greater predictability of return and therefore revenue based transactions should be found more appealing, resulting in a greater probability of entrepreneurs gaining the use of investor funding.
