Abstract

CrimsonLogic began operations some 16 years ago developing the world's first trade clearance system, TradeNet. Internationally recognized, TradeNet placed us prominently on the world map. However, growth was modest. So with the change of management five years ago, came a change of perspective, direction, structure and culture. A mandate was given to grow the company in the international arena. CrimsonLogic is now an internationally recognized brand with offices in various parts of the world. Find out what it took to get there, the challenges and lessons learnt.
