Abstract
The speaker will share what he has learned in his life about entrepreneurship. Dr. Lee will first describe who is an entrepreneur, what characteristics distinguish the entrepreneur? He will then identify the stages of actions an entrepreneur must undertake to start a new business venture: decision making, team building, business plan and fund raising. Once the venture is launched, every business enterprise goes through development cycles; from start up, growth, expansion to re-start. What to expect and what to do and not to do? We all live through life for the ultimate objective of searching for happiness and success. What's interesting is that what make one happy and successful are so diversely different from one person to the next. How do we live a balanced life that consists of the physical, mental, intellectual, family and spiritual dimensions? Where does "BUSINESS" fit in this holistic picture?
