Changing directions so many times to keep afloat and facing different sets of problems in the growing stages of this start up is what Soon Jinn will share with you. Soon Jinn will speak from his experience in bringing this company from a 2 man company to a 30 man company with a sustainable operation. He will expose the realities of starting a company from just an idea. He will also share some key strategies of Heulab which he has adopted to grow Heulab to its next stage.
