Each PGP Residences block is designed to optimise natural airflow with most rooms offering breathtaking seaview of Singapore's south-western coastline or the hilly Kent Ridge greenery.
Comprising more than 2800 rooms housed in 30 high-rise blocks, PGP Residences fosters small community living with just 15 single rooms on each floor. As guest, your room rate includes use of our fully equipped kitchen cum dining area, common shower rooms and toilets. At PGP Residences you enjoy independent living with lots of privacy, as well as the opportunity to interact with your neighbours.
In your room, you will find basic features such as the ceiling fan, towel rack, and a pin-up board. High-speed Internet access is also available through NUS network both in your room (wired access via the network point) and most common area in PGPR (wireless access and wired access at selected locations). Do remember to provide your own Cat.5 cable if you plan to use the wired network.
Each of the six Residences is served by common
facilities such as air-conditioned lounges, TV rooms, music rooms, meeting rooms, reading rooms, seminar rooms, and project rooms to provide ample study and meeting areas for group interaction. A large laundry room equipped with coin-operated washing machines and spin-dryers is also located in each Residence.
PGP Residences features the latest access control system to provide the highest level of security for all residents. Each guest will be issued a transponder upon check-in that is used to access the lift, cluster gate and room entrance.

Type A
(Air-conditioned with attached toilet and shower)
Your air-conditioned room is furnished with an en-suite toilet, a shower, a washbasin, and a ceiling fan.
The single bed provides a comfortable night's rest while the writing table, drawers and bookshelves allows you to work without interruption. You will also find little features such as a towel rack, a pin-up board, and a full-height wardrobe to make your stay more comfortable.Your room rate also include the use of a fully equipped kitchen that is centrally located on the same level. Please note that cooking utensils are not provided.
In-room Internet access for guest will be available in
the near future.

| Common Showers and Toilets |
Guest staying in Type B and C rooms share common showers and toilets located on each floor. A typical lavatory has 4 shower cubicles and 4 toilet cubicles. All shower cubicles are supplied with both hot and cold water.
As part of our effort to provide affordable accommodation,
PGP Residences do not provide towels
and toiletries as standard items. Do remember to pack in your favourite shampoo and shower gel for your stay with us!
The lavatories are cleaned 3 times a day by our team of
housekeeping staff to ensure that you have a fresh and clean
environment to refresh yourself. |

| Cluster Kitchen |
Whenever
you feel adventurous and want to whip up a culinary storm,
you can prepare home-cooked meals at the common kitchen that
is located on the same level. These self-catering facilities
and meal areas have proven to be great places for social interactions
among guests. They provide guests on longer stays with the
opportunity to cook and share meals, and experience independent
living.
Part of living independantly is to learn how to take care of yourself. Living responsibly include taking care of the environment in which you live in and share with your fellow guests. We trust you to keep the common areas as clean as your like to find them.
A typical common kitchen is furnished with an airpot, an oven toaster, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a cooker hood, a cooker hob, a baking oven, and 4 hot plates. For hygiene and religious reasons, PGP Residences will not be able to provide cooking utensils. Guests are reminded to provide your own.
The kitchen also serves as a dining area, facilitating interactive living. A long table with 8 chairs is provided in each kitchen.

Our
room rates include rental of room, electricity, and water
usage only. Daily room cleaning and change of linens are not
inclusive in all room rates.
Optional daily room cleaning and changing of linen are available at S$12 per room per day. Otherwise, changing of linen will take place once every fortnight.
A typical Graduate Student Apartment Type I (Air-Conditioned) has a floor area of approximately 42.0 square metres. |

| Booking Guarantee |
Our
affordable rates are made possible by your understanding and
support. In order to maximise the overall availability of
room to all guests, we require a guaranteed payment equivalent
to 80% of the total sum of accommodation and/or facilities
originally reserved. To avoid any penalties, changes should
be made in writing to OSA Manager
(Marketing) at least 30 working days
in advance. More details may be found in our
terms
and conditions.
However, should actual attendance exceeed that of the guaranteed number, then billing will be based on the actual attendance. |

| Cancellation Policies |
Notice
of cancellation and/or postponement of bookings not provided
to OSA or given less than the required Notice Period of 30
working days may be subjected to a penalty equivalent to the
full sum of all accommodation and/or facilities reserved. |

| Checking In and Out |
Check-In
We welcome you to check-in after 2 pm daily at the Front Office located at Block 6, Level 2, right next to the Main Foyer (see location map). The Front Office is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm on Mondays to Fridays, and from 8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturdays. The office is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Should you plan to arrive at PGP Residences outside of
the Front Office operating hours, please ensure that you
email your arrival date and time to Manager
(Marketing) at least 3 days in advance. Upon arrival,
proceed to our Fire Command Centre (FCC) located at the
basement level of Block 5 (see location map) for registration
and collection of room keys.
Check-Out
Similar to checking in, our check-out services are available during office hours at the Front Office. The normal check-out time is 12 noon daily. Requests for late check-outs must be made at least 24 hours
in advance and are subject to room availability. Do note that additional
charges may apply for late check-outs.
Do complete your check-out and return your key at the Front
Office (during office hours) or the Fire Command Centre
(after office hours). If you have pre-arranged for a late
check-out, kindly remember to return the keys before your
departure. |
