Fares may be paid in cash or by ez–link Card, which can be used on both MRT and buses. The ez-link Card may be revalued up to a maximum of S$500 at General Ticketing Machines (GMT), sales counters at MRT stations/bus interchanges and selected bus stops.

A Transitlink Guide for Bus and Rail Services (at S$2.50) is available at all Transitlink Ticket Offices and Concession Card Replacement offices in MRT Stations and bus interchanges as well as major book stores. New editions are printed annually.
