	Immigration Student's Pass Information Application Renewal Change of Address / Particulars Loss of Student's Pass or Disembarkation / Embarkation Card Extension of Stay Cancellation of Student's Pass Dependant's Pass Social Visit Pass for Spouse Loss of Passport Location of Immigration & Checkpoints Authority				Change of Address / Particulars International Students are required to notify ICA if there is any change in their passport particulars or place of residence within 14days of the change. Students can report their change of address through deposit box located in front of counter 18 or school email the request to ica_stp1@ica.gov.sg or by online through their local sponsor via e-Update of Address. IMM (E) 96 forms are available at the Student Service Centre. To update passport particulars, international students will have to report to ICA in person. Documents required for amendments • Valid Passport; • Current Student's Pass; • Disembarkation/Embarkation Card (whichever card is available); • Report of Change of Address IMM (E) 96 - (only for change of address);
