How to charm your listerners: the art of making small talk

How do you make small talk? How do you go about making small talk with people of higher authority, or getting to know the right people who are willing to help you succeed? In this workshop, you will:

• Understand what it is to charm your listeners, often known as "schmoozing"
• Learn how to apply schmoozing in both your work and relationships
• Discover your own schmoozing strengths and leverage on them
• Begin to internalize the techniques discussed in the workshop through hands-on activities

About the speaker:
Eric Feng is an international certified coach, experienced trainer and winner of many speech competitions. Last year, he represented Philadelphia to compete in the Humorous Contest and was awarded the championship title. He loves public speaking and meeting new people.
