The Majulah Package announced during Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s National Day Rally speech particularly benefits lower- and middle-income workers. However, two groups of seniors who face challenges in staying employed will not only miss out on the Earn and Save Bonus, but also the enriching benefits of employment said Dr Jeremy Lim-Soh, Research Fellow and Dr Rahul Malhotra, Deputy Director and Head of Research, both from the Centre for Ageing Research & Education at Duke-NUS Medical School.
