Active Classes

Group exercises are often a great way to stay motivated in your fitness routine. Our list of classes offers you a range that fits your schedule and style. Designed with you in mind, these classes are led by our certified instructors ensuring that your workout targets are met!

All our classes are held at Yusof Ishak House (YIH)’s Rhythm Dance Studio (Level 2). We encourage you to bring your own mats should you require them in your designated class. New runs of classes are always being updated. Please check back for regular updates on when the next series of classes begins!
