A Walk with Heart
Join us on 8 February 2025 for the NUS120 Charity Hongbao Walk! We're celebrating NUS' 120th anniversary by kicking off the year with an energising campus amble for a good cause.
This 8km walk around the Kent Ridge campus is the perfect way to enjoy a healthy day out with family and friends, while giving back to the community. With engaging activities and entertainment, there's something for everyone.
All proceeds will support the NUS Enhanced Financial Aid Scheme, helping students in need achieve their academic dreams.
So lace up your walking shoes and bring your loved ones along for a day of fun and fellowship. Your support will make a lasting impact, and we can't wait to see you there!

Join us in celebrating the Lunar New Year with a lively performance by the NUS Lion Dance troupe, and take part in the Yu Sheng toss for good fortune. Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast while checking out what’s on offer, from performances by our talented students to game booths for some friendly competition. Walking Route
Our scenic 8km walk loops around the verdant Kent Ridge campus. Beginning at University Hall, it will take us to University Town, before returning via the meandering roads of Prince George’s Park. It’s the perfect way to experience our campus while supporting a great cause!
Walker's Pack
Every participant will receive a drawstring bag packed with essentials for an enjoyable walk: a handy towel, fun tattoo stickers, a limited edition NUS120 bucket hat, a reusable water bottle, and an event T-shirt.
For our younger walkers, a special surprise awaits: instead of a T-shirt, they’ll receive a special memento to commemorate their participation.
