NUS Provost’s Office and Global Relation Office (GRO) are pleased to inform you of this opportunity to work with three distinguished French universities* on collaborative teaching projects and/or education research initiatives. The 6th Call for Proposals for “Joint Innovative Projects in Higher Education” is now open.
Full-time faculty members interested in collaboration with counterparts at Université de Paris, Sciences Po or Inalco for the purpose of collaborative teaching and/or education research initiatives at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, are invited to submit joint project proposals. Each successful proposal is eligible to receive fundings for two years in amounts of up to €50,000 or SGD 75,000. Priority will be given to proposals that intend to build sustainable links between NUS and the partnering French universities. Please refer to the attachments for details.
Please submit your proposals by 27 October 2021 to:
Dr. Mariana Losada
Faculty members who do not have contacts at the partnering French universities are welcome to contact Mariana, who will be able to help facilitate connections for this Call for Proposals.
*This call / grant was formerly administered under the partnership between Université Sorbonne Paris Cité (USPC) and NUS. As of 1 January 2020, the USPC consortium has given way to the creation of the new Universite de Paris (UParis) through the merger of three institutions that were part of USPC - Université Paris Descartes (Paris V), Université Paris Diderot (Paris VII) and Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris (IPGP). Since the first call for joint research collaboration in 2013, close to 30 joint projects in research, teaching/education, and graduate mobility have received funding.
