Call for Submissions

Call for Papers

CDTL invites you to submit your extended abstracts, on the conference theme and sub-theme, to be considered for inclusion in the conference programme.

  • AI and Education
  • Communities and Education
  • Interdisciplinarity and Education


The categories and formats are as suggested below:

Paper Presentation

Individually or jointly, speakers present a topic with the intent to elicit feedback from the audience.

Duration: 10-minute presentation + 10-minute Q&A


Lightning Talk

Presenters share their ideas or thoughts in a concise manner focusing on key messages. There is no limit on the number of slides although the presentation should keep within time-limit.  

Duration: 5-minute presentation +5-minute Q&A


Poster Presentation

Presenters share their critical reflections or research studies via e-posters which will be made available just before the conference. There will be a segment for e-poster presenters to answer questions from conference participants during the conference.

Extended Abstract Submission

Completed Extended Abstract (using the recommended template) can be submitted through the online form:

Submission Portal

Please submit your extended abstract via the UVENTs submission portal. Please remember to indicate your preferred presentation format.

Submission Deadline

The submission portal will close on 30 June 2023 (Friday) at 11:59 pm (23:59).
