Susan Lee and Norhayati Ismail recently gave a short presentation at the NUS Learning Festival held on 19 July 2022 on the topics of Future-proof Workplace Communication Skills and Storytelling and other Rhetorical Tools for Audience Engagement. The presentation was attended by 249 participants (in person and virtual combined) with more than 80% of them agreeing that the topics were very relevant and that the speakers were very engaging.
