Doreen TAN is a Lecturer at CELC, NUS. She has over 15 years of teaching experience. She holds an MEd in English Language Teaching from University of Glasgow, UK and a BA in English Language from NUS. She has taught English for Academic Purposes, Business English, English as a Foreign Language and IELTS preparatory course in both the UK and Singapore. She has also conducted training sessions on Workplace Communication and mentored students on leadership, teamwork and other soft skills. Her research interests include motivation and technology-enhanced learning.
