Organised by nuSTUDIOS Film Productions, POINT & SHOOT is the only wholly student-run student film competition in Singapore, and it's back for it's 4rd year! Students get to undertake a “guerilla-styled” filmmaking challenge, where they must plan, shoot, edit, and submit the best short film in less than 55 hours upon the release of a given theme.

First conceived in 2012 as a short film competition amongst only the NUS community, it has since then opened its reach all youths of Singapore, thus providing a brand new avenue for any young filmmaking enthusiasts to express themselves. Over the years, following a cessation of outstanding entries, POINT & SHOOT has expanded in its scope, and we are anticipating even bigger, better, bolder works of art.

Open to all tertiary institutions, junior colleges and secondary schools.

Point and Shoot 2020 is part of the NUS Arts Festival 2020: Ways of Seeing, and organised by nuSTUDIOS Film Productions, NUS' only film production house.
