Create an Authentic Personal Brand to Power Career Success

Personal branding is an indication of who you are and what you have to offer — it is a critical element in today’s competitive talent marketplace. Employers are no longer only looking at your grades and achievements, but also who you are and what you can bring to the table. Personal discovery of your unique selling point, value proposition and learning how to articulate it concisely will help you to differentiate yourself successfully. This will allow you to stand out from the crowd, and gain a better chance of being selected for a job interview.

Through this workshop, you will be able to understand the need for personal branding and learn how to present yourselves authentically and effectively to potential employers, clients and anyone else important to your career.

Through this webinar you will:

  1. Understand the need for a personal brand and what makes a powerful personal brand
  2. Engage in self-reflection to look within, identify your strengths and what you want for your own brand
  3. Learn methods to build and communicate that brand via interpersonal communications, online and in-person networking and building an online presence
  4. Practice communicating your personal brand in typical workplace scenarios including job interviews and interactions with colleagues
