Olivier is a Senior Executive with 34 years of leadership and business transformation experiences in the biopharmaceutical sector working for multinational pharmaceutical companies. He has successful track-record in Executive roles at Corporate, Regional and Affiliate level in Europe, the United States and Asia-Pacific.
Throughout his career at Sanofi (5years), GSK (15 years) and Celgene (11 years), Olivier has successfully led many complex operational activities, turnaround, restructuring, growth strategies execution, geographical expansion, business development & strategic partnership, value building programs with strategic impact and leveraging the P&L.
Olivier started his career in 1987 in the International Marketing Pharma Division of Roussel Uclaf headquarters. Joining GSK in 1993, Olivier rapidly increased his leadership responsibilities as European Respiratory Franchise Head in the UK, Managing Director Austria, Managing Director Belgium and Head of Commercial Operations of GSK France. Olivier joined Celgene in 2009 as General Manager for France before being appointed South Europe Head in 2011, covering France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Middle East and Africa, With success in his previous roles in Europe, Olivier assumed the role as Head of Global Pricing and Market Access in 2013 based in the Celgene Corporation headquarters in Summit, NJ, USA while developing expertise in the hematological malignancies and solid tumors space. In 2014, Olivier was appointed CVP, Asia-Pacific holding responsibility for Japan, China, East-Asia and Australia/NZ based in Singapore before extending his leadership responsibilities to all Celgene international operations in Asia-Pacific, Emerging EMEA, MENA and LATAM.
Since 2019, Olivier is the CEO, Founder and Director of AsiaBioNext Pte Ltd, a strategic consultancy and business development firm specialized in the biopharmaceutical sector based in Singapore and operating globally. AsiaBioNext provides strategic and operational consulting services for:
- Innovative biopharmaceutical companies from the USA and Europe for their strategic development in Asia, including cross-border strategic alliances
- Innovative biopharmaceutical companies in Asia to expand commercially and grow their business globally
- Investment firms for opportunity and risk assessment of biopharmaceutical companies’ assets.
Olivier is also Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Kyowa Kirin Asia Pacific.
Prashant is a Global HR leader with over 12 years of experience in HR Strategy, HR Business Partner and Compensation & Benefits functions in highly complex and matrix environments. He is currently heading the Compensation & Benefits team for ASEAN / Australia region at Siemens.
He has played a key role in helping shape the Digitalization & Diversity initiatives for global functions at Siemens. He has worked in Singapore, Germany & India and brings deep experience in managing multi-cultural & diverse teams.
Before his move to Singapore in Oct. 2019, he was based in Munich, Germany for 2 years in Global HR roles. He has also worked in India in C&B and HRBP roles.
Prashant is a qualified Engineer and an MBA. He is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur from where he completed his MBA in Human Resources Management. He also holds a degree in Metallurgical engineering. Prior to his MBA, he worked as a software programmer at IBM for around 3 years.
Prashant is passionate about working with and coaching students. He has previously spoken at IIM (India) and NTU (SG) on topics related to career and growth.
Delicia Tan is the Managing Director of Client Innovation and Growth. She also leads the 30-strong Reputation Practice at Edelman Singapore.
With more than 20 years of integrated marketing communications experience across the Asia Pacific region, Delicia is a Senior Client Strategist for key regional and global clients based in Singapore.
She currently serves as the global client leader for the Singapore Tourism Board, anchoring their international and domestic communications efforts. She has also led some of the firm’s largest global client relationships, serving as the Regional Client Relationship Manager for Samsung Consumer Electronics and GE, with a focus on Reputation Management and Consumer Engagement.
She also spent three years in China, leading the Corporate Practice at Edelman Beijing. There she directed Corporate Reputation, consumer engagement and issues mitigation initiatives for large global clients including Mars Inc, BMW China, Lixil and HP.
Delicia started her public relations career at the Singapore Tourism Board, building marketing communications campaigns in support of the Board’s economic objectives.
Prior to joining STB, Delicia was with Singapore Health Services, where she drove the public healthcare cluster’s branding and marketing efforts across eight medical institutions. She was also part of the crisis communications team managing public communications for the SARS outbreak in 2003.
Delicia also spent three years honing her storytelling skills producing digital lifestyle news content for Singapore’s national newspaper, The Straits Times.
Delicia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.
