Seng Chiy graduated from Faculty of Engineering, Chemical Engineering with the University Scholars' Programme in 2017 and has been with BCG for the past 4 years.
Teresa Wong graduated from FASS, Global Studies in 2019 and joined McKinsey in 2021.
David Wong graduated from FASS, Political Studies in 2014. Having worked in Enterprise Singapore for 3 years, he moved onto Qvartz; a boutique consulting company, before joining Bain in 2021.

Goh Seng Chiy
Seng Chiy is currently a Project Leader in BCG’s Singapore office. He has supported clients across a range of different industries (incl. public sector, telecom, financial institutions, and infrastructure) and topics (incl. strategy, advanced analytics, digital transformation, cost efficiency), although he always has a soft spot for Singapore public sector work.
Seng Chiy graduated from NUS in 2017 with a Bachelors of Engineering in Chemical Engineering (with Highest Distinction), and was a member of the University Scholars Programme. He was also the Reserve Valedictorian for his cohort.
Bain & Company
David Wong is currently a Consultant at Bain and Company, where he works closely with senior executives of MNCs to drive strategic projects and transform companies. He has worked across a variety of projects and topics including sustainability strategy, IPO preparation, and sales performance improvement.
Prior to Bain, David held various positions in the Singapore public service and infrastructure industry. He worked with regional governments and corporates to drive large infrastructure projects (e.g. high-speed rail, airports, etc.) in Southeast Asia.
David holds a MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy (Distinction) from the University of Oxford, and a B.Soc.Sc. in Political Science (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
McKinsey & Company
Teresa is currently a consultant with McKinsey and have had the privilege to serve projects across various topics and industries such as finance, oil and gas, government, and non-profit.
As her career choice suggests, she is interested in a wide range of topics from business to society and everything in between. She also loves learning new languages and climbing stuff in her spare time.
Teresa graduated from NUS FASS with a Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies in 2019.
