Lesley Tay is the Director, Talent Acquisition – Campus (Asia Pacific) at Mastercard. She brings 15 years’ experience placing Early Career Talent (ECT) for global technology companies headquartered in Silicon Valley. In this connection, she recruited fresh graduates and graduate students (Master’s and PhDs) who hail from 15+ geographies across APAC for roles primarily in Product Engineering (SWEs, SWDs, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, SDETs, and UX Designers), Worldwide Field Operations, Corporate and other functions.
Lesley enjoys working with enthusiastic and driven ECT from the world over.
In 2019, she was one of 8 employees who participated in a global pro-bono project in Senegal, West Africa. The team spent 3 weeks working with village chiefs, farmers, and field agents to enhance Senagalese farmers’ annual yield in their harvest of peanuts.
Lesley is a certified practitioner of the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and CareerLeader® (Harvard Business School). Lesley enjoys trekking, and is a music buff with a repertoire spanning Baroque to Broadway. Lesley peer-mentors 15 women (Gen Z to baby boomers)! A Harvard alumna, Lesley was recipient of the Peter Saltonstall Memorial Scholarship, annually awarded by Harvard to a select few from the Pacific Rim.
