Zachary is an engineer (by degree) turned e-commerce manager, where he spent the last 10 years of his career in various start-ups and tech organisations. This includes ZALORA, where he was the business head to launch the fashion marketplace in Singapore; and also Amazon where he was part of the pioneer team to launch 3 different businesses in the region. Zachary is now part of the CFG career advisory team for the NUS School of Computing where he is looking to support upcoming graduates to secure their first careers. He will be sharing insights on how being productive propels the career growth of many individuals.

Cheo Pei Rong
Senior Manager, Sustainability, City Developments Limited 

Pei Rong is a Senior Manager, Sustainability, at City Developments Limited. She has a background in nature conservation, sustainability, and education. She is passionate about engaging and nurturing talents and leaders by helping them gain clarity, level up in their knowledge and skills, and achieve success in their lives. As a mental health and wellness advocate, Pei Rong has facilitated mental health conversations amongst youths and provided wellness support at her workplace as a volunteer. She will be sharing some of the wellness tips that she has learnt, which has helped her enhance not just her wellbeing, but also her productivity.
