Research interest

While much research has been done on natural climate solutions in rural contexts, little has been attempted for urban areas at large scales. Dennis’s research is focused on defining and quantifying the scope and potential of natural climate solutions in cities through direct and indirect pathways.

Biography

Dennis is a third-year undergraduate currently working to quantify the potential of natural climate solutions for carbon mitigation in urban contexts. Beyond NCS, Dennis is also involved in research to catalogue the extent of spider (Arachnida: Araneae) diversity in Singapore. He is also passionate about the intersections between religion and the environment and runs a non-profit group advocating for environmental action in the Christian community.
