Biography
Mebelle nurtures partnerships to ensure the sustainability of the research and advocacy at the Centre for Nature-based Climate Solutions. A logophile learned in Linguistics, she aims to effectively communicate climate science to empower and motivate society, public and private leaders to act decisively in the collective fight against the climate crisis.
She previously worked at a solar start-up as one of its first employees, fronting new market solutions to drive early solar adoption. She is motivated by a deeply personal sense of responsibility for the world around her, and hopes to cultivate greater environmental appreciation and stewardship.
