Ms Lei Motilla

Lei is the co-founder and social innovation lead of AI4GOV— a social technology startup that helps government units improve service delivery and promote citizen participation. She has nine years of experience working in the public sector focused on entrepreneurship and youth development. She also served as part of the youth leadership board of the Avast Foundation for global digital freedom.

She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Community Development and studied social entrepreneurship and economic development as a YSEALI Fellow at the University of Connecticut. She recently completed her master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence for Public Services, co-created by the European Union in collaboration with four leading technology universities in Europe.
