class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dr Martin Leo is our Chief Risk Officer overseeing pre-emptive, preventive and recovery measures concerning both strategic and operational risks in National University of Singapore.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8bcf626 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8bcf626\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Prior to joining NUS, he has three decades of experience in the financial services industry holding regional risk leadership positions at Citibank, ING, Morgan Stanley, and State Street Bank. In these roles, he enhanced risk governance and incorporated transformative practices to achieve risk identification and reduction.<\/p><p>Dr Martin also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Finance at the SP Jain School of Global Management. He is a regular speaker at risk management conferences covering a wide range of topics, including operational risk management and fintech.<\/p><p>Dr Martin obtained an MBA (Finance) from the Institute of Technology and Management in 2002, and a Doctorate from the SP Jain School of Global Management in 2020.
