Notes

  1. It is not compulsory for DDP students to specialise in a business area for the BBA degree, but they are still required to complete 20 MCs of electives based on the above arrangement. Students in this DDP are not allowed to specialise in Business Analytics. Business students who withdraw from DDP are still required to pursue a specialisation.
  2. DDP students are exempt from doing DAO1704 and DAO2702. Business students who withdraw from DDP are still required to read DAO1704 and DAO2702.
  3. Some programme electives of the two degrees are the same. If students in this DDP wish to double‐count them to meet both programmes' requirements, they need to read corresponding number of Unrestricted Electives to meet the shortfall in total MCs (which must be at least 180). Excluding the university‐level requirements, the total double‐counting in this DDP combination must not exceed 28 MCs.
  4. DDP students who are also in the USP and RVRC programme may count the respective writing and communication module, UWC2101 Writing and Critical Thinking and ES1601 Professional and Academic Communication, as the equivalent to ES2002 or IS2101.
  5. For other general information, please refer to the Double Degree Programme Framework & Guidelines in the Registrar's Office website.
