The University requires students to regularly review their critical data since accurate and reliable data is fundamental to providing effective and efficient services. This will also facilitate timely communication on matters of interest to students (e.g. examination and commencement) and in emergency situations.
You are required to verify your critical data every regular semester. Upon receiving the email notification on the verification exercise, please access the Education Records System (EduRec) to verify/update your critical personal and academic-related data. You may refer to the “User Guide for Students: Verification of Critical Data” on how to complete the verification/updates.
