- all software, platforms, tools, frameworks, libraries, data, documentation, and any other technology components used in the delivery of their Cloud services have been lawfully obtained and used, and that the supplier has obtained all licences, permissions, consents and other rights necessary for the use and provision of the Cloud services to NUS;
- the supplier complies, and will continue to comply, with all applicable licence terms and conditions of the respective licensors or rights holders including open-source software, and intellectual property laws; and
- the provision, access, use, export, re-export of any goods, software, data or technology in connection with the Cloud services complies with all applicable export control, sanctions and trade control laws and regulations, and the supplier has obtained and will maintain all licences, permits and governmental authorisations required under such laws.
2. Reseller Authorisation - Resellers must provide documentary evidence of proper authorisation from the principal for products/services being offered on their cloud. This does not apply to products/services being offered by the principal themselves.
