"I would like to better understand the learning needs of my students and then tailor my teaching to their needs. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and vary a lot in terms of their intellectual ability. I would like to intellectually challenge the brighter students but at the same time make sure that the course content remains accessible to the rest. I am willing to go an extra mile to help the students who need it the most. In simple words, my mission as a teacher is to serve my students best."
