Donn Koh strikes a synergistic balance between being an entrepreneur, an innovation practitioner, and a dedicated educator. He co-founded and continues to lead STUCK Design - an innovation agency known for its prolific portfolio of work spanning healthcare, educational environments, tech devices, marketing activations, military interfaces, and AI software. His twin responsibilities at NUS and STUCK Design provide learners with a tight integration of school and the real-world, offering authentic learning through ill-defined and emergent problems. Consequently, Donn has led students to conceptualise and launch an unprecedented volume of new products. His 'Launchpad' classes have created more than 14 product startups through Kickstarter, with students selling more than 300,000 units of products globally.
Donn holds the Outstanding Educator Award - NUS's highest teaching accolade. He is also the inventor of the bend-and-snap mechanism for the Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse, one of the most iconic and pioneering mice ever designed. He is a Senior Lecturer at the Division of Industrial Design at NUS College of Design & Engineering. He coordinates the Final Year Programme, co-leads the DTK1234 Design Thinking module, and teaches a variety of design project modules covering product entrepreneurship and AI.
Donn also serves as a Resident Fellow of NUS Raffles Hall.
