Biodata
Eldin Lim received the B.Eng. (Hons), M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2001, 2002 and 2007 respectively. He was a Senior Member of Technical Staff at DSO National Laboratories before returning to the Department of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering of NUS as a Lee Kuan Yew Postdoctoral Fellow in September 2008. He was a Lecturer in the Department from September 2011 and a Senior Lecturer from January 2015. He was inducted as a Fellow of the NUS Teaching Academy in July 2018.
His teaching accolades include the University Annual Teaching Excellence Award (ATEA) in 2014, 2015 and 2017, and the Faculty of Engineering Engineering Educator Award (EEA) in 2016, 2017 and 2018. He has been placed on the University ATEA Honour Roll (2018-2022) and the Faculty of Engineering EEA Honour Roll (2019-2023). His recent research accolades conferred on Final Year Projects he supervised include the Faculty of Engineering Innovation & Research Award in 2016 and 2017, and the AIChE Singapore Local Section Outstanding Undergraduate Dissertation/Research Project Award in 2015, 2017 and 2018.
