"Teaching to me is not just about having the students to achieve the specified sets of learning outcomes. It is also about the learning experiences that the students have acquired during the process. Though it is crucial to impart whatever technical skill sets or knowledge to the students to better prepare them to enter the working world, the learning experiences that the students go though in terms of putting on their inquisitive mind, their critical thinking process as well as their ability to examine issues at the theoretical level and effectively transfer to practical solutions to me is even more crucial. This requires a very careful design of the curriculum to inject the necessary components for such learning experiences".
