Group exercises are often a great way to stay motivated in your fitness routine. Our list of classes offers you a range that fits your schedule and style. Designed with you in mind, these classes are led by our certified instructors ensuring that your workout targets are met!

All our classes are held at UTown, Stephen Riady Centre - Practice Room 1, Level 3

For hygiene purposes, please bring your own mats should you require them in your designated class.
