Appointment

  1. How do I change/view my appointment?

    To change/view the appointment date and time, please login to GEVME Wallet via your email address. Click on “Edit registration details” and you will be able to change the appointment 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment date, thereafter rescheduling is not allowed.

  2. Can I cancel my appointment and request for a refund?

    Once you have scheduled a confirmed appointment, any payment made is non-refundable. However, you may change the appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment date via GEVME Wallet.

Medical Examination package

  1. Which medical examination package should I select?

    Standard Medical Examination

    · For Singaporean, permanent resident and part-time local and international students

    Standard Medical Examination with Student Pass

    · For full-time international students

    Student Pass Examination only

    · For non-graduating (exchange) students and all other prospective students who require student pass examination only

  2. As a healthcare student, do I need to make separate appointment for the screening and vaccination?

    Please select one of the abovementioned packages and make your payment in order to secure an appointment. Only one appointment is required. You can complete both your screening and vaccination on the same day when you come for your pre-admission medical examination.

    Cashless payment for the additional tests / vaccinations can be made on the spot.
    The payment modes available are NETS, Credit Card, Debit Card, PayLah and PayNow. 

Payment

  1. I did not manage to make the payment. How can I pay again?

    An acknowledgement email will be sent to you within 30 minutes from the time the booking request was made. Please click on the link provided in the email and process your payment within two hours from the time the booking request was made. If no payment is made within two hours, you will be required to book a new appointment again. 

  2. I have selected and paid for the wrong medical examination package, how do I cancel and change my selection of the package?

    You may request a refund or top up the difference when you come for your medical examination. Please print and bring along your receipt. Do note that any refunds will take four to six weeks to process.

  3. I have decided not to proceed with my medical examination, how do I cancel my appointment and request a refund?

    Once you have scheduled a confirmed appointment, any payment made is non-refundable. However, you may change the appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment date via GEVME Wallet
