Organising A Class Reunion

Step 1:
Form a Committee
Recruit a few classmates to join you in organising the reunion.

Step 2:
Organise
Pick a date, theme and plan your budget. Decide whether to host it in-person or on a virtual platform.

Step 3:
Get Support
NUS Alumni Relations offers our support and assistance in the form of door gifts, publicity and seed funding*. To apply, please complete this application form.
*Available for the year of graduation, the year after graduation, and milestone years (i.e. 5th, 10th, 15th, ...), on a first-come, first-served basis.

Step 4:
Invite your Classmates
Send out invitations to classmates and check on RSVPs.

Step 5:
Finishing Touches
Decorate the venue and plan icebreaker games (optional).
