Submission of the prescribed application forms is required for IACUC review
and approval of all proposals to use animals for scientific purposes. A soft copy of the application
form has to be submitted by the Principal
Investigator.
An adminstration/review fee is chargeable if the proposal is submitted by other
institutions or private companies and is not part of NUS approved/sponsored
project.
