Description

In this workshop, participants will learn delivery techniques using visual and vocal skills to speak with verve during face-to-face and virtual presentations. Participants will apply a customer-centric approach when packaging presentation content by adopting an informed and targeted approach that addresses needs, cultural expectations and relevance.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. engage with vocal and visual quality during virtual and face-to-face presentations,
  2. select and structure information to develop targeted presentation content with cultural expectations in mind,
  3. communicate social proof of their track records using storytelling and infographics,
  4. select visual elements for impact, and
  5. anticipate questions based on customers’ concerns.
