Description
In this workshop, participants will learn delivery techniques using visual and vocal skills to speak with verve during face-to-face and virtual presentations. Participants will apply a customer-centric approach when packaging presentation content by adopting an informed and targeted approach that addresses needs, cultural expectations and relevance.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
