First Stop for Mental Health provides clear, “no wrong door” support in mental distress or crisis, with easy access to services and careful triage. Four services are available:

A digital mental health platform offering self-help tools, resources and an online community.

Visit CREST

Community mental health teams providing screening and psychosocial support. CREST is for adults 18 and above; CREST-Youth is for ages 12 to 25.

A mental health service conducting assessments and consultations for youth aged 16 to 30.
