Under this collaboration, NERI researchers are exploring research on enhanced seawater desalination pretreatment technology for carbon dioxide sequestration and scalant removal with Keppel Infrastructure. The research will look into experimentation and laboratory proof-of-concept of the newly developed pretreatment technology. This project will be followed by potential demonstration at one of the desalination plants operated by Keppel Infrastructure.
