The 9th Asian Conference on Safety and Education in Laboratory & 5th NUS Safety, Health and Environment Conference was held on 18 November 2022.
The conference theme was “Reinventing Safety and Health for a Resilient Tomorrow”. The conference was well attended by over 200 participants from 26 organizations and 5 countries. The conference with 4 plenary talks, 17 oral presentations and 27 poster presenters provided a vibrant platform for safety and health professionals, academics and researchers to share best practices and establish collaborations.
We had the privilege of having Mr Christopher Koh, General Manager, Workplace Safety and Health Council as the Guest of Honour for the conference. The keynote address was given by Dr Peck Thian Guan, Deputy Chief Risk Officer, NUS.
