Associate Professor Lee Kooi Cheng
Director, Centre for English Language Communication

Associate Professor Lee Kooi Cheng was recently honoured for being an exemplary educator who has excelled in engaging and inspiring students in their quest for knowledge. As Director of the Centre for English Language Communication, she is known for driving the conceptualisation and designing of courses that integrate disciplinary knowledge with writing, thinking and communication competencies, through partnerships with university faculties and departments. Holding a joint appointment as Master of Helix House , she also has a keen interest in the impact of experiential learning and living-learning programmes on students' university experience.

Peter Pang 
Associate Professor Peter Pang
Master, Residential College 4

Associate Professor Peter Pang was director of the NUS University Scholars Programme (USP) from 2003 to 2009. During his tenure, USP gained much international recognition, particularly in the area of global education. He has also sat on the Steering Committee of the European Union Centre Singapore, the Advisory Committee of Youth Corps Singapore, and has served on the Board of Governors of the Singapore International Foundation since 2012. He then served as Assistant Vice President (University and Global Relations) of NUS from 2010 to 2014; Associate Provost (Student Life) from 2014 to 2016; and Dean of Students from 2017 to 2019 and is currently the Master of Residential College 4 .

 
Ms Goh Mia Yang
Senior Associate Dean, Office of Student Affairs

An alumna of the NUS Law School, Mia Yang joined the university after eight years in legal practice. Little did she know that she would spend the next 19 years at the helm of the Law School's administration team, overseeing various departments and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations. Mia Yang’s involvement with student life started much earlier when she was appointed Resident Fellow of Temasek Hall (2003- 2011), Resident Advisor of Kuok Foundation House (2011 – 2016) and Resident Fellow of Raffles Hall (2016 - 2017). Her experience as a residential staff for 14 years laid a solid foundation for the work she is undertaking as part of the OSA team today.
