  • Demonstrated agility and adaptability by executing innovative pedagogical ideas during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as bringing in global guest speakers for real-time interaction with students, producing high-quality videos to enhance learning, and conceptualising gamified learning to connect both online and offline students seamlessly
  • A pioneer in hybrid teaching, she held insightful pre-semester sharing sessions to show colleagues how to design and deliver lessons in the new hybrid mode, and capitalise on the benefits afforded by online teaching 
  • Demonstrated educational leadership as a member of NUS Business School’s Teaching Excellence Council
  • Programme director of the Astra General Management Programme, NUS Business School’s joint programme with one of Indonesia’s largest diversified conglomerates. She also has an extensive history of teaching in a range of tailored programmes for company executives
